Individual Therapy

This offering is the container for holistic therapy and guidance practice that uses grief as a portal for awakening and transformation. My approach blends mind, body, and soul - weaving in creativity, intuition, and somatic practices, along with energy work to help clients release past pain and reconnect with their true selves. Through shadow work, tarot, and archetypal insight, I guide people toward empowerment, sovereignty, and emotional freedom - teaching tools for self-understanding and embodied healing so they can live more whole, liberated lives.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

This offering is an evidence-based therapy designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences, distressing memories, or ongoing stress. During EMDR session, you will be guided to safely reprocess challenging memories, reduce emotional intensity, and develop healthier coping strategies. EMDR can help improve overall well-being, reduce anxiety, and support personal growth. EMDR somatic technique simulates rem-cycle sleep as the eye pattern moves back and forth it is a reprocessing on a deeper level. It can be helpful to have longer sessions when using EMDR as an intervention to support its full range of processing.

Alchemical Processing 

This offering is for anyone who might be in a life transition, working with manifestation, or having a particular challenge and feeling stagnant, blocked, or stuck. I work in many ways alongside Spirit to support as a Guide. With my background and training in clinical therapy, alongside my psychic and intuitive gifts, I help guide as you move from the purging of the old ways and identities that no longer serve, to the decomposition, surrendering and letting go, to integration and refinement, and then birthed or actualized in realignment with your Soul. In honor of Truth, sovereignty, and Love the tools used will be unique to the energy it may require. We work together to the co-creative essence needed in order to attune to a greater possibility. This can be with guided visualizations and sacred journeying, mantra, writing practices, bilateral stimulation music, energy and somatic work, breathwork, sacred dance, song, prayer, astrology readings, intuitive message and “downloads” from Spirit, and tarot and i’Ching readings. There is no dogma or religious affiliation in working with Spirit, all that is required is an open heart and mind to meet the aspect of your poetic truth of Presence. 

Astrology birth chart

An astrological birth chart is a mirror of your soul map. It is a moveable blueprint that illustrates stages, themes, arcs, and learning you came here to experience. It is a highly intricate cosmic technology that can offer a remote viewing of the relationship between the microcosm (you) to the macrocosm (cosmos). A reading has the capacity to open up one's awareness to the larger story in their lives supporting them as they navigate both the “Spirit of the Times and the Spirit of the Depths” (C.G. Jung). This reading is especially helpful for someone open to the process who is interested in learning more about the universality to the human experience through myth and archetypes. I’m trained in Hellenistic, mixed with modern astrology, to explore the natal chart. I’m currently diving deeper in my studies with the learning of quantum and medical astrology. 

Reiki Healing

A technique with ancient roots in Japan, although it has shown up throughout history in other ancient cultures, that is used for stress reduction and relaxation, and can promote healing. It is based on the concept that there is an unseen “Universal life force energy” that runs through everything. This life force energy runs through us, as the physical body goes through changes and experiences this energy can deplete, which can cause misalignment in the flow to this energy resulting in ailments of dis-ease.  This energy has no bounds with space and time, and thus can flow with ease across any distance. Reiki sessions can help to restore your physical and emotional/mental wellbeing. It is not attached to any religion or dogma and thus works with the harmony and unity of a Universal experience.

Monthly Breathwork Group

This 60-minute monthly group offers a guided active three-part breath practice, similar to rebirthing breathwork, designed to help you access, process, and release both conscious and unconscious emotions. Through this somatic approach, participants often experience reduced stress and anxiety, increased emotional clarity, and a greater sense of overall balance and well-being.

The group is held via telehealth, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own space. It is intended to be a welcoming and supportive environment for personal healing and community connection. You are invited to come just as you are — whether that means having your camera on and joining in the opening and closing shares, or choosing to move through the session more quietly and internally.
